Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)). We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Rickey was professional and informative. He was thorough with the diagnostic of my plumbing issues. He shared different scenarios and options with me and was able to take care of everything this afternoon. I'm glad I called Vincent’s for a second opinion as I saved thousands of dollars. Austin went above and beyond what he was technically required to do. He was great at being a teacher as well. He explained the issues that my pump was having. Also, he answered all my questions about how the sump pump works. He was able to make a brick out if a cinder block that I had. He sealed up my vent on the roof that was leaking down to my furnace. Again he was fantastic!!

I absolutely love using VHP for all my HVAC and water needs. The guys that come to the house know what they are doing and are incredibly nice. I almost want my appliances to have problems. Nice choice of options to choose from. My sister also enjoys working with VHP.

Dominic did a very good job. This was the first time at my house. The only negative was that he left the lights on in the basement.

Great service always from Vincent’s. Shawn was on time and very courteous. He fixed my kitchen faucet so it works like new. He also switched a handle on my shower so the water is not just hot and cold, but very adjustable. I never call any other company when I have heating or plumbing problems. They give wonderful service and their employees are most courteous and helpful.
