Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)). We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. Very nice people

We had a plumbing issue that was not an emergency and Vincent's had someone out in just a couple of days. The two young men who came tried the least expensive options first and then went on to the more involved solutions. They kept us informed at every step - what they recommended and what the charges would be. It was not a quick and easy fix but they were able to solve the problem, and prevent the issue from recurring. They also were very careful of the workspace, cleaning up after the work was done.

Marvin does his job very well. I never have a problem with anything he works on. He is a credit to Vincents. I am delighted when I hear Nancy say "Marvin is on his way" because I know the issue will be resolved.

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
