Nathan is fantastic. Very thorough on what needed to be done with our furnace. Very trustworthy and was at our home in the time that was given. We enrolled in a yearly maintenance for the furnace and will be requesting Nathan!

Our neighbor had a fire and we were concerned the heat might of damaged our air conditioner unit. Brian was here quickly and did a complete inspection.

Andy came out to check our furnace that was actually not sending out heat but rather cool air. He checked all circuits, heating element etc. He made some minor checks and we were humming along again. We felt we paid for his expertise and knowledge even though there was no mechanical problem. He’s always courteous and friendly.

My furnace was not igniting properly and they came out first thing in the morning the next day to fix it. It was fixed in less than a half hour.

Marvin was very good. He found my problem and informed me of what was wrong and needed to be fixed. He was very courteous. Marvin also informed me with the amount of water from my leak that he might have to come back when the water was down to be able to fix the leak. Luckily he was able to fix it. Marvin also let me know that I will have to get the flooring and insulation fixed under my trailer. I appreciated this information. If he hadn't of told me I wouldn't of known that I have another item I will need to have fixed. I also appreciate how fast your company was able to come out to fix my leak. Thank Marvin again for me for the great job he did. I'm rating your cost of service with 5 stars. I really didn't care how much your service charge was I needed my leak fixed. This is the second time I have had your company do work for me and I have been well satisfied with your service. I would not hesitate to call you again or refer you to someone else who might need your services.

Andy D. and VHP are awesome. When our A/C went out right before a huge heat wave, we called VHP. When Andy arrived and inspected everything, we found out our 20+ year old A/C needed to be replaced. Originally, we thought we'd have to wait week for an install date but when Andy found out it was medical necessity to have A/C (I have MS), he called the office and arranged for installation the next day! I was so shocked and humbled the way he and VHP went out of their way to help us. We've used VHP a couple times before this and always had great service (Michael and Marvin are also great) but this solidifies we'll be VHP customers for life.
