Service was prompt. He explained all possibilities as to probable cause and solution. Very polite, quiet and respectful. He even made friends with my dog and cat! Very satisfied with the service I get from Vincent's.

To charge almost $600.00 for less than a hours work to install a $20.00 is criminal...to take advantage of people that have an emergency situation is about as low as you can get... I give you a one star for experience only because their was nothing lower....

Greg did a great job for us. He is very knowledgeable of the products, personable and customer focused. Nancy is friendly and did a great job keeping us informed when to expect VHP at our home for each of the 3 visits. This is our second furnace with VHP and we continue to recommend VHP to our family and friends.

First getting an HVAC company interested in gas leak repair is challenging enough so this was awesome to find them. They were very professional in arranging the service call to getting the job done quickly and in a little bit of time. Rob was excellent at his trade.
