Vincent's Heating & Plumbing Service Availability

With COVID came supply chain & labor shortages – the effects of which still linger, especially concerning the workforce. Not immune from these circumstances, VHP responded to the new economic realities and modified our service availability. In order to both protect and preserve our workforce, our after hours availability was reduced to certain clients and the times for which we can provide service.

Your understanding and patience in these circumstances is appreciated.

HEATING & COOLING SERVICES

MON - SAT : 8AM - 4:30PM
Regular Service Hours
Open to the general public, based on availability.
MON - SAT : 4:30PM - 10PM
SUN & HOLIDAYS : 8AM to 10PM
EXTENDED SERVICE HOURS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR:
Current VHP Club Members
Previously Enrolled VHP Enhanced Service Plan Clients

4:30 pm to 10:00 pm plumbing service is limited to Water Damage Control only

Water Damage Control Services Currently Available:

  • Replacing failed sump pumps
  • Shutting off the water for a burst or leaking pipe. Repairs to be performed during Regular Service Hours
  • Currently clearing plugged toilets, sinks, drain or sewer lines ARE NOT available after hours.

Limited Phone Support for all others: Ask-A-Tech questions regarding your safety and for service advice

Regular service hours are open to everyone 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

Extended Service Hours & Water Damage Control Only for life or property threatening situations are available for

  • Our loyal VHP Club Members.
  • Clients who have PREVIOUSLY purchased an Enhanced Service Plan.
  • Clients who have purchased heating or cooling equipment from VHP within the last 2 years.
  • Recently serviced customers that are within their repair warranty term or have a service callback.
  • An Extended Service Hours Premium is charged for this service.


Please Note: Manpower to justify dedicated after hours personnel for afternoon or midnight shifts are unavailable. In addition, there is not enough demand to justify offering such shifts. Therefore, the same techs that provide service during regular, daytime service hours are the only ones available for our extended service hours. In order to prevent these hard-working techs from burning out, access to extended service hours is a benefit limited to clients that have previously invested in a VHP Club membership or an Enhanced Service Plan.
