Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. From the initial phone call for scheduling service to the service being provided I knew that I was working with the best company possible. I have total confidence in VHP handling all of my heating and plumbing issues.

Andy showed up on time. Checked to see if we had any problems with the furnace and answer any questions we ask. He completed the tune up & cleaning of our furnace in short time. We are very pleased with his service.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received yesterday to unplug our kitchen sink. It took nearly 4 hours but his determination was incredible. He was not going to let a plugged drain get the best of him. We are so grateful. Your employees are always so pleasant and professional and know their jobs well.

VHP installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning system and a new water heater in our home, and I highly recommend them. The new equipment is great, the installation was very well done, and the customer service is fantastic!

Brandon and Mario are wonderful! They serviced our furnace and humidifier and dehumidifier unit that was installed by VHP. They informed me of the maintenance required and the need for a replacement part for the dehumidifier. They were respectful of my home (wore shoe covers). The charges were approved and the bill consistent with what they told me. They provided outstanding customer service.

Marvin consistently demonstrates exceptional care in his service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend the team at VHP! In my experience, I have never encountered any of their technicians being rude or disrespectful. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best. When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, "I told you so." Instead, they asked “how can we help”. I've been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and can't imagine working with anyone else. The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work. They communicate clearly when they're coming and going and even respecting my little Post-it notes, reminding them not to let my cat out. 👍🏻❤️

The replacement of my furnace and water heater was done timely and professionally. A follow up visit by Andrew after installation was reassuring. He reviewed the installation, fine tuned the furnace and fixed the humidifier which leaked as well. I will enjoy winter knowing that all is well.

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
