Sean came out Wednesday, inspected and diagnosed my dehumidifier line issues, drew up multiple options for me to choose from relative to cost, and booked repairs for following Monday. Sean then had a cancellation and came out that Friday to finalize repairs. Fast, attentive, professional, and thorough. Couldn’t recommend VHP and Sean’s plumbing work enough. Great service, friendly, and I can get my furnace on again in time for a very hot weekend. 5 stars

Furnace quit one morning and a repairman was here in about an hour and a half. He was very thorough, explained everything and wrote a detailed report. Also a polite and respectful person. Best of all, furnace is working!!

Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day
