They should all be commended for how well they do the job, they are polite, kind, very efficient and most of all you can see how much they care about the clients. Marvin consistently demonstrates exceptional care in his service and craftsmanship. I highly recommend the team at VHP! In my experience, I have never encountered any of their technicians being rude or disrespectful. They always take the time to clearly explain the job that needs to be done and outline what is involved, providing me with a concise quote before starting any work. Their maintenance program is outstanding, ensuring that my equipment is always performing at its best. When my old furnace began to show signs of aging, the technician reminded me of the previous years that I needed to consider replacing it. They were right, and when my furnace eventually failed, they stepped in to assist me without saying, "I told you so." Instead, they asked “how can we help”. I've been a loyal VHP customer since 2001 and can't imagine working with anyone else. The valet program allows me to get great service when it works in their schedule without me taking time away from my work. They communicate clearly when they're coming and going and even respecting my little Post-it notes, reminding them not to let my cat out. 👍🏻❤️

I was extremely pleased with the service Nathan provided today on my furnace. He was knowledgeable and professional. He smelled gas and investigated potential issues and reassured me that everything was ok. He went into our crawl space to check for a possible gas leak and while down there took pictures and informed me of a water leak I had in my crawl space. Because of Nathan taking the time to explain to me the benefits of having my water heater and air conditioner serviced I decided to go ahead and sign up to have Vincent’s service them also. Nathan answered my numerous questions with easy for me to understand answers Actually he far exceeded all my expectations and I am VERY pleased with the service he provided me with. He was just here to service my furnace - but took the initiative to identify and inform me of other potential problems.

Andrew was Amazing. My heat went out and he showed up less than an hour after I called and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I had other issues that I asked about since he was here already there. Had it figured out in no time and was really friendly and patient! This was my 4th call to Vincent's (2 for plumbing and 3 for heating) and every time has been great. Fixed my humidifier and what we thought was wrong with it wasn't it, but he already and the right part on the truck and took care of it same day

Sean is a breath of sunshine after dealing with today’s generation of young people. He definitely represented Vincent’s in a very professional and knowledgable way. For any future service I certainly would ask for Sean.
