The Tech/Nathan arrived on time, explained the causative issue and repair options and serviced the unit quickly. Nathan was courteous and professional at all times. The unit is up and running and the work area is clean and neat - no parts or debris left behind.

We had developed leaks in our 40 yr old natural gas pipes. Andrew was our technician & he always listens & answers all questions. Andrew always goes above & beyond to ensure that the repair was handled in an excellent manor. We'd recommend VHP service to anyone.
