Professional, knowledgeable and friendly

Austin went above and beyond what he was technically required to do. He was great at being a teacher as well. He explained the issues that my pump was having. Also, he answered all my questions about how the sump pump works. He was able to make a brick out if a cinder block that I had. He sealed up my vent on the roof that was leaking down to my furnace. Again he was fantastic!!

I absolutely love using VHP for all my HVAC and water needs. The guys that come to the house know what they are doing and are incredibly nice. I almost want my appliances to have problems. Nice choice of options to choose from. My sister also enjoys working with VHP.

Person who checked the unit was very thorough in doing his job. When he entered explained to me that my unit was over 20 years old and said new units would be going up in January 2023. I asked about the furnace and was told it has been one of the most dependable units (Amana) they have had. So, for more efficiency I ordered a new air conditioning unit!

Had my annual check-up of the furnace. As always Brandon introduced himself, put on his protective shoes, and I showed him down to the basement. Came up in a few minutes showed me a filter that had to be replaced. Did that and continued with the inspection. Upon completion he told me exactly what he had checked and that the furnace was still in great condition. Finished with paperwork including a form to fill out for reduction on my next monthly heating bill.

Today I had my first plumbing check-up as I know my water heater is 6 years old and we have hard water/iron build-up in our town. The man came into the house with mask, gloves, and booties; explained what he was going to do. Used a camera to show me the inside of the water heater and as I thought showed the need for a replacement. He then gave me several choices of possibilities and price ranges. I chose the one that best fit my plans and it will be installed in two weeks when he comes back to do my air conditioning check-up. Very efficient and timely work done!
