Marvin and Brianna (I think) arrived when they were scheduled (no "they'll be there between 8 and 1" (Comcast I'm talking to you)). We recently had our furnace and hot water heater changed out. Andrew came and set everything up for us. Dominick replaced the hot water heater and Tom and Mario replaced the furnace 2 days later. Andrew came back to inspect everything. These guys are truly professional workers. They came here in the morning and got right to work. I did not rate cost/pricing, as I do not have a price-point to compare to, so not intended as a 'zero' star, but rather 'N/A'. The employees were pleasant and efficient, and I was totally satisfied with the whole experience.

Nathan exemplifies all of these characteristics and we are very pleased with the service he performed on our A/C unit. He explained the Enhanced Service Plan and we were glad to enroll. Today's service call was by Marvin N. As always, exceptional service was provided. I believe Marvin saved me an expensive service call that, in all likelihood, would have occured this winter. A likely problem in the making was caught eary, due to Marv's expertise and professionalism. No one likes to hear bad news from a scheduled service call, but better to catch a problem now, then to be left without heat and water in the dead of winter on Christmas Eve. Don't laugh it could happen. I trust Marvin completely and only want him to service my combo boiler!! Keep up the good work Vincent's, I'm a fan

Not only does Andy do the thorough inspection I've learned to expect, but he installed something to protect my conditioner from damage from lowered electrical power during peak hours. In addition, he discovered a small hole in my siding caused by a chipmunk, hopefully early enough to prevent any more damage.

Nathan is an excellent technician for Vincents Heating and Cooling. Yesterday, Nathan conducted a maintenance check on our air conditioning system. He is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He was thorough in his work and detailed when explaining the results.

I received a timely call from the office and Sean arrived shortly thereafter. He is very nice to deal with. He is knowledgeable and took care to explain the things he was doing. While I hope I won’t have a lot of plumbing issues, I would surely deal with Vincent’s again, particularly if I could request Sean. I gave 4 stars for the cost of the service, only because it was pricey-but I would not hesitate to call on them again, so I guess that means I consider the service worth the cost.

Technician arrived on time and was courteous, even when I there was added unexpected work to the original quote, and completed in a timely manner,

Andrew came to do yearly maintenance on the a/c unit and talked to me about new items available to ensure healthy running of the system and preservation. He went ahead with installing these new items and was really helpful with info on dehumidifiers. He came back the next day to upgrade our dehumidifier placement and ensure it runs smoothly. Fabulous service and so very pleasant and informed. Never a hard sell but eager to keep all our expensive systems at optimal running.

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
