Sean was pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to fix our kitchen plumbing issue and even came in on his day off to finish the job. His customer service is top notch and he kept me in informed step by step through the process. He even came back to replace our outside spigot and added a shut off valve. Any future work we’ll be sure to request him.

I had to settle with a different technician than the one I’m used to because my other one was sick. This gentleman tried his best. he said this is going to be a challenging project once he got into it, so I don’t know if it was too much of a challenge for him also I’ve never heard of ZonalValve be loud where I can hear it up in upstairs from the basement and when I was looking at it Never seen the wires hanging in front before and it looks like the zonal valve was put on crooked so I’m not sure if that’s why it’s making the louder noise than normal I know I had to get the issue fixed

All employees on site or on the phone were professional, caring and dedicated to giving us the best service possible. VHP installed both our heating and AC in a short period of time after we contacted them. Austin and Tom (service techs) went beyond their responsibility and corrected other issues that came up. We highly recommend VHP. We are certain the Amana products we purchased will perform as good as the employees who installed them.
