Good Company and Good Service
Came home from a trip and no heat! It's Saturday night and what do you do? Call VHP. Technician called back as promised, and was at the house fast. Diagnosed, explained and fixed the problem in an hour. Technician was friendly, personable and did not seem to be put out that I made him come out on a Saturday night. I have done business with VHP before and will continue to do so.

Prompt reply to service request. Greg was professional, friendly, competent, and efficient. Due to the nature of the issue, he honestly gave us our options without selling us anything we did not need. Superb service!
