Michael did the furnace PM including changing the lamps in the UV unit. Took his time to do a proper job, with explanations for what he did. Just an enjoyable experience with great confidence in the skill and aptitude of VHP's techs!

Called office with my A/C problem about a water leak. The lady I talked to said someone would be able to come over in about 2 hours. I knew that all of the technicians would be busy, no problem. He showed up as promised. After going over our A/C unit eliminating multiple possible problems he found the problem. Easy fix he said, I've got the part right in the truck. He even straightened out a small drain hose so it drained better.

Crew arrived on time, very professional in appearance and demeanor. Quality of work was excellent. Left no mess behind.

Marvin is a great technician, and your company provides great service. I don’t mind paying a bit more when I’m able, but if money is tight, I’d definitely have to look elsewhere as VHP is pretty pricey.
